Delivering Engaging Computing in the Primary Classroom

I am very pleased to be able to announce that I will be presenting at Optimus Education’s ‘Delivering Engaging Computing in the Primary Classroom’ conference in London on Thursday 25 June 2015.

There are a range of excellent speakers attending, including Miles Berry, Phil Bagge and Michelle Brayford, all of whom have an awful lot to offer. In addition to their presentations (see below for details), I will be presenting a workshop on embedding a culture of supportive staff training across schools. The session will help you to revive your staff training, develop a confidence boosting CPD training programme and cascade your knowledge across your school, and is suitable for school leaders and Computing/ICT leaders and teachers. (To ask me anything about the content of my session, use the details on the Contact page).

I am really looking forward to being involved and sharing with and learning from others.

Consider attending to:

  • Learn how to integrate technology across your whole school to enhance learning and support pupil progress;
  • Develop the confidence in you and your colleagues to deliver the new computing curriculum in the primary classroom;
  • Ensure you assess and track progress in computing effectively in light of the removal of levels.
  • To book your place, see the detail’s on Optimus Education’s website here.
