One of my greatest passions in the world of education over the last few years has been in developing pupil Digital Leaders projects in primary and secondary schools.
In fact, between 2011 and 2013 I was fortunate enough to support approximately 60 Bradford schools to roll out such projects!
Digital Leaders are pupils who hold responsibility for helping Computing Leaders to embed the use of technology across schools by attending regular meetings, supporting other pupils, teaching other members of staff, running assemblies and other whole school events, leading on improvements in e-safety provision and much more.
At the moment I am in the process of setting up new clusters of schools across the UK to join the project. I am very happy to support schools anywhere in the UK, but I am closest to finalising clusters in Manchester, Stockport and Leeds (so if you’re in one of these areas then we should be able to move really quickly).
I am looking to find 5 schools to participate per cluster. Each school can send up to two adults and five children from Years 4 and 5 to the training sessions and events.

Support from me will include:
There is a minimal fee for involvement in the project, to cover costs.
Please let me know if you would like to get involved or if you have any questions. If you know of any other schools in that might be interested then please do let me know. The more schools that are involved in clusters, the bigger the impact!
