A few months ago I wrote about the excellent resources available from The Norwegian Centre for ICT in Education and have spent some time talking about some of them at courses and conferences around the UK.
I thought now would be a good time to highlight my absolute favourite set of resources within the organisation’s catalogue.
Du Bestemmer (translation: You Decide) is a website provided by The Norwegian Centre for ICT in Education that concentrates on many aspects of what might be known in the UK as ‘e-safety’.
There are free resources for teachers, parents and students from Key Stages 2 to 5. I think what I like most about is the range of brilliant e-safety videos available created for – and in many cases, by – students across the age range. Hopefully that means we don’t have to sit through that Jigsaw assembly video any more…
Let me know what you think! Are there any other not so well known e-safety resources that you would recommend?
